I found it fascinating because the author is Canadian and how they view this "aggression" from the Canadian viewpoint. It's hard to believe American leaders were so timid and inept but lack of victories and lost lives serve to bear out these shor| ||Feltoe has done the study of the War of 1812 a valuable service by redrawing period maps and adding icons showing the relative positions and movements of the forces involved.
