||1 of 1 people found the following review helpful.| Interesting Book|By guardian to the gate of forever|I was really interested in the evolution from the whole pike and shot in the 1600s to the line infantry in the 1700s, so I thought this was a good book so see. Well it wasn't exactly what I wanted it was really interesting. My only complaint is that some of the plates descriptions didn't match up the pictures.
