I bought this book because my unit was A-Co, 1-30INF and I served during the Surge with these great soldiers. In Iraq we started out in FOB Falcon, then pushed south to a sh*thole called Arab Jabour where we continued operations out of PB Murray. A lot of good men died in 2BCT, and 1/30INF Battal|About the Author|Andrade is a historian at the U.S. Army Center of Military History.
